The Biden legacy of broken norms and sloppy governance just hit a new low with the revelation that countless presidential pardons, executive orders, and judicial appointments bear the dubious mark of an autopen signature. That’s right—while the country struggled under inflation, open borders, and international humiliation, Joe Biden’s handlers were busy running the executive branch like a mixing board, stamping his “authority” without his direct involvement. It’s the ultimate insult to the Constitution and a glaring example of how deep the swamp has sunk under the guise of “experience” and “competence.”
Presidential pardons have traditionally been a solemn exercise of personal judgment, a check on the justice system that only the commander-in-chief can wield. But now, Biden’s autopen—essentially a glorified rubber stamp operated by his staff—has issued pardons that may not even hold up legally. People like Anthony Fauci, who have lied and misled the American public for years, might find themselves vulnerable to prosecution again. This isn’t just a technicality; it’s a scandal that exposes how little respect this administration has for the rule of law. While the Left waves their hands and cries “move on,” conservatives should demand accountability and push for legal challenges that could unmask this massive overreach.
Executive orders, another battlefield in this chaotic theater, suffer from the same sham. Biden’s barrage of orders was mostly undone by Trump’s return, which tells you all you need to know about their durability and legitimacy. Most executive orders are temporary and reversible—thank God—especially when crafted by aides who never had the Constitutional authority to finalize them. But the damage is done. Drone-like policy shifts here, coastal resource giveaways there—autopen or not, Biden’s “orders” have real-world consequences that the American people will pay for. It’s time to put the brakes on this irresponsibility and restore the executive office to what the Founders intended: a single man accountable for his actions.
The judicial appointments saga is even more troubling. The Left attempts to downplay its impact, but Obama and Biden’s picks have reshaped courts with activist judges who regularly ignore the law to push dangerous agendas. Now we learn that some of these judicial nods may not have even come from Biden himself—just a faceless autopen signature generated in the bowels of the White House. If that’s true, it throws into question the legitimacy of countless rulings, leaving the door open for conservatives to challenge these overreaches. The law requires the president’s personal approval for appointments, not some bureaucrat’s proxy. The idea that courts will sweep this under the rug just to protect their ideological allies is openly laughable—and dangerous.

What does this all mean? It means the Biden administration didn’t just fail to govern with competence; it chose a path of reckless delegation and constitutional contempt. The autopen signature is a metaphor for the entire presidency—inauthentic, hollow, and easily manipulated by Deep State operatives. The question conservatives should ask isn’t whether these actions are legal; it’s why anyone still treats this puppet president with respect. When your Chief of Staff punches the buttons for you, you’re no leader—you’re a figurehead. And when that’s the case, why should any of your executive “actions” be taken seriously?
It’s time to demand accountability, to push back against this brazen erosion of presidential power, and to remind America that the office of the President is no autograph machine. If the moving finger has writ these questionable deeds, it’s not too late to rewrite the story. After all, in America, no one is above the law—not even a senile autopen president with a fake signature and fake authority.
