In a recent post on his Facebook page, Florida Congressman Greg Steube revealed that he has submitted four articles of impeachment against Joe Biden. He claims that the former vice president has betrayed the trust of Americans, undermined the institution of the presidency, and acted in a manner that is inconsistent with the law.
Steube claims that there is more proof proving Joe Biden's guilt. He accuses the former vice president's family of taking advantage of their positions through fraud, threats, and bribes.
Let's start with Article 1. This is about an abuse of power. According to Steube, James and Hunter Biden gave access to Joe Biden when he was in office and promised to grant him a future administration once he left.
It has been claimed that the Bidens promised various official actions in exchange for their business opportunities and financial transactions. Hunter Biden is also accused of threatening his business partners. This implies that if they failed to meet their obligations, Joe Biden would take legal action against them.
These types of acts are regarded as abuses of power, and they can result in federal offenses such as extortion, fraud, and bribery.
Whistleblowers from the IRS have claimed that members of Joe Biden's campaign coordinated with federal officials to hinder the investigation of Hunter Biden's tax crimes. This is regarded as an abuse of authority and an attempt to obstruct justice.
James Biden is accused of duping investors into investing in failed business ventures. There is evidence indicating that the investors were promised fraudulent and false promises, and it's believed that they were enticed into these schemes with the promise of support from Joe Biden.
In addition, Article 4 states that Hunter and Joe Biden have a history of financial impropriety. Steube claims that the two have used their positions and resources to fund illegal activities, such as prostitution and drug dealing. He claims that the money that the Bidens had been spending on these activities violated federal laws.
Greg Steube isn't backing down when it comes to criticizing Joe Biden, even going as far as to try and impeach him. He believes that the former vice president has committed various offenses, including financial impropriety and abuse of power. Although articles of impeachment have already been submitted, it's not yet clear if they'll be able to gain the support of the House. Steube's bold stance against Biden shows the political divide in the country.
