Because shocking allegations are finally coming to light, so bad that even his own group wants nothing to do with him. Isn’t it funny how these liberal idols get statues, schools, and holidays in their honor, but the left can barely keep their skeletons shoved in the closet?
Chávez has been celebrated for years by Democrats desperate to score points with minority voters. But now, as accusations pile up—many reportedly disturbing and dark—those same progressives are scrambling for cover. These liberals will love someone until their dirty secrets slip out. Suddenly, all the banners, parades, and speeches vanish. Is this the “tolerance” and “transparency” they’re always lecturing America about?
