In New Hampshire, the scene was hardly one of law and order as chaos ensued in a courthouse thanks to a Venezuelan illegal immigrant who decided to give ICE agents the runaround. Some might argue this spectacle could only have resulted from the indecisiveness of liberal judges. While the so-called compassionate left fawns over open borders and sanctuary policies, real defenders of justice were at work to plug the hole in our leaky immigration system, proving once again that Trump’s ICE has no time to coddle lawbreakers.
Arnuel Marquez Colmenarez, an illegal immigrant with a rap sheet, clearly didn’t expect ICE agents inside a courtroom. Make no mistake, his charges of drunken driving and fleeing the scene of an accident were not minor. But do the elites care? Of course not. They’re too busy rewriting the narrative to defend the indefensible. When ICE agents knew they couldn’t sit around while a liberal judge might slap the guy on the wrist, they acted fast—and some might call that American efficiency at its best.
Viva La Migra! "ICE, ICE, baby!"

Naturally, when agents did their job, there was an unintended melee. Let’s be clear, though: The unfortunate fall of an elderly bystander was collateral damage, a regretful blip in a much bigger story. Yet once again, expect the bleeding-heart liberals to focus more on the optics than the action. They’ll probably argue these arrests shouldn’t happen where they might interrupt the quiet flow of a courthouse—as if illegals should only be caught in the dead of night.
The loudest voices on the left will always find a way to spin this scenario. They’ll drum up hysteria, claiming humanitarian concern, when really, they’re sticking their heads in the sand about public safety concerns that accompany unchecked immigration. But this case, now that Marquez Colmenarez is held in a Texas ICE facility with a proper bench warrant, illustrates a win for those valuing order over chaos.
Critics can complain all they want; the truth is, ICE simply did their job. Trump’s reinstated policies, focusing on workplace raids and courthouse arrests, show we’re not backing down. Tough love is sometimes what’s needed. Why should law-abiding citizens and our legal system be held hostage by those who choose to flout both? No, ICE may not wait for a liberal judge to decide what’s best—should they have to?
