House Oversight Chair James Comer appeared on Jesse Watters Primetime to discuss the footage and make clear Republicans intend to follow the evidence wherever it leads.
Comer didn’t mince words on Watters’ show, raising hard questions about whether Epstein was treated like an asset by powerful people and warning that no one is above scrutiny in this investigation. That blunt, no-nonsense tone is exactly what the American people want after decades of elites getting preferential treatment behind closed doors.
The footage itself tells a story of stonewalling and carefully curated denials: both Clintons repeatedly insisted they had no knowledge of Epstein’s crimes while acknowledging social encounters and, in Bill’s case, numerous flights with Epstein that demand explanation. Viewers also saw Hillary Clinton visibly lose her temper when a photo from inside her deposition was leaked, an incident that highlighted the Clintons’ theatrical posture — demanding public hearings but then fighting the light when the rules didn’t bend to their advantage. That outburst undercuts the sob-sounding denials and reminds voters that anger and entitlement are no substitute for honest answers.
Conservative Americans should be proud that Republicans in Congress are forcing transparency instead of letting another scandal fade into the memory hole, and Comer’s leadership on this is a welcome change from the usual Washington games. This isn’t about cheap theatrics; it’s about victims’ justice and about restoring the rule of law when connected elites act like they’re untouchable.
The Justice Department and other agencies still must do their part — release the full files, follow every lead, and stop protecting the powerful with secrecy and delay.
