This is not a parlor trick for cable news; Luna leads the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets and has repeatedly demanded hearings to get straight answers from the agencies that have been sitting on this information. If you believe in oversight and accountability, you should want those hearings too, because secrecy without scrutiny is how the swamp grows stronger.
She made these points plainly when appearing on Finnerty, explaining that elected officials have been shown material that raises far more questions than the government has provided answers for. Conservatives must insist on two things at once: rigorous, fearless investigation and calm, constitutional leadership. We should reject both hysteria and cover-ups — demand hearings, compel sworn testimony, and protect our servicemen and women who have been silenced for far too long by the stigma of speaking up.
