It’s happened again. Another Democrat has gone off the rails, proving that Trump Derangement Syndrome is alive and well in the so-called “party of tolerance.” This time, it’s coming from Nevada, where a Democratic Congresswoman melted down over Donald Trump’s visit to the Supreme Court, letting fly an expletive-filled rant that would make a sailor blush. In her world, Trump simply showing up at the highest court in the land is the end of democracy as we know it. Talk about dramatic.
Liberals claimed to defend institutions and norms. But when someone like Trump exercises his rights—peacefully, legally, publicly—these same Democrats lose their minds. Apparently, the Constitution only matters when it works for them. When it doesn’t, they throw tantrums and attack anyone who disagrees. The hypocrisy is stunning, but not surprising. For years, the left has weaponized its outrage to distract from its failures.

You’d think after embarrassing herself, this Democrat would at least try to backtrack and show a shred of professionalism. But instead, she doubled down. Her follow-up statements were even more unhinged, making it painfully obvious that the left just can’t handle free speech if it comes from someone they oppose. They want to silence conservatives, stomp all over due process, and rewrite the rules whenever they feel threatened.
This is just the latest example of where the Democratic Party stands. While Americans worry about inflation, skyrocketing crime, and an open border, Democrat politicians are busy lashing out on social media, spewing hate at their political opponents. They don’t want to solve real problems—they’d rather virtue signal for likes and retweets. The American people deserve better than leaders who let their emotions rule their decision-making.
When Democrats lose control this badly over a simple visit by Donald Trump, it’s no wonder regular folks don’t trust them to run the country. If Trump still drives them this crazy, maybe it’s because deep down, they know their radical agenda is on shaky ground. If this is what passes for leadership on the left, maybe it’s time voters asked themselves: are these the grown-ups you want in charge?
