Democrats are at it again—now they want President Trump to tap into America’s emergency oil stash just because gas prices are rising. Chuck Schumer is leading the charge, acting like he’s looking out for working families. But we all know the truth. This is the same liberal crowd that’s happy to strangle American energy production while begging the President to bail them out when their anti-oil agenda blows up in their faces.
Let’s get one thing straight: the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is not a political play toy. It’s there for emergencies—real disasters, not just the result of failed liberal policies or the latest tantrums from global oil markets. But the left never misses a chance to use America’s resources for their own political games. They cry about high prices, but just last week, they were celebrating new regulations and climate change rules to kill oil production in America.

Here’s the biggest joke. The liberals want to tap our emergency supply at the same time they refuse to unleash America’s full energy potential. If Schumer and his pals had their way, every pipeline would be shut, and every oil worker would be out of a job. They want foreign oil, higher taxes, and a green fantasy that leaves real Americans hurting at the pump.
President Trump isn’t fooled. He knows we have plenty of oil out there, if only politicians would get out of the way and let us drill, work, and prosper. America could be supplying our own energy, building jobs, and laughing off every attempt by OPEC or Russia to mess with our economy. Instead, Democrats tie our hands and then act surprised when prices go up.
If Schumer is so worried about Americans paying too much for gas, maybe he should pick up the phone and call his green energy friends. Or better yet, let Americans tap into our vast oil reserves the right way—by getting government out of the way and putting America first. Why waste the emergency reserve because liberals can’t admit their policies have failed? Maybe that’s the real “crisis” no Democrat wants to solve.
