The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is not messing around when it comes to seeking justice for the stolen diary of first daughter Ashley Biden. Imagine someone daring to snatch up personal information like that! Aimee Harris decided to get a little too curious and helped herself to Ashley Biden’s diary alongside her partner in crime, Jonathan Kurlander, back in September 2020. These two troublemakers really thought they could just waltz in and snatch up a private diary, unbelievable!
Now, Harris is facing the music and the DOJ is asking for a 10-month prison sentence for her thievery. But get this – Harris had the audacity to ask for her sentencing hearing to be postponed not once, not twice, but a whopping 12 times! Talk about trying to dodge the consequences of her action! The nerve of some people, thinking they can just delay the inevitable reckoning for their misdeeds.

Prosecutors are rightfully furious at Harris for her repeated attempts to drag out the legal process. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams is not mincing words when he said that Harris has been playing games with the court, lying, and causing delays left and right. It’s about time someone stood up and called out this blatant disrespect for the judicial system. The nerve of these criminals thinking they can just manipulate the court to avoid facing the consequences of their actions. Lock her up and throw away the key, I say!
It’s not just Harris in the hot seat either. Harris and her partner Kurlander allegedly received a hefty sum of $40,000 from Project Veritas for the stolen diary. These crooks really thought they could make a quick buck off of someone’s personal musings! Absolutely shameful behavior, I must say. The FBI even had to step in and raid Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe’s home because of this mess. Talk about a web of deceit and thievery!
As Harris gears up for her sentencing on April 9, one can only hope that justice is served swiftly and without mercy. No one should be able to get away with stealing private property and causing such chaos. Let this be a lesson to all those out there thinking they can just snatch up someone’s personal belongings – crime doesn’t pay, and the long arm of the law will catch up to you eventually. Good riddance to bad rubbish, I say!
