Another entitled Democrat got a reality check this week when body camera footage showed a Rhode Island assistant attorney general acting like she was above the law. Devon Flanagan Hogan thought her government job would get her out of trouble after causing a scene at a Newport restaurant. She was dead wrong.
The video shows Hogan refusing to leave the restaurant after staff asked her to go. Police arrived and tried to get her to leave peacefully. Instead of cooperating like any decent person would do, she kept fighting with the officers.
When police finally had to handcuff her, Hogan kept screaming “I’m an AG” over and over. She actually thought her political position made her untouchable. This is exactly the kind of elitist garbage that makes working Americans sick.
The restaurant staff wanted her gone because she was being disruptive and causing problems. But Hogan acted like the rules didn’t apply to her. She even had the nerve to tell police “You’re going to regret this” while getting arrested.
This is what we get with Democrats in power everywhere. They think their government jobs make them royalty who can do whatever they want. They lecture us about following the law while breaking it themselves.
Hogan works for Attorney General Peter Neronha, another Democrat who probably knew exactly what kind of person he hired. These liberal prosecutors are soft on real criminals but think they can intimidate hardworking police officers. Not on this cop’s watch.
The officers did their job perfectly despite this woman’s threats and tantrums. They stayed professional while she acted like a spoiled child having a meltdown. Every American should be proud of how these Newport police handled this entitled brat.
This video shows everything wrong with the Democrat party today. They want special treatment while regular folks get hammered by their failed policies. It’s time to vote out every single one of these arrogant swamp creatures who think they’re better than us.
