In yet another glaring example of bureaucratic bungling, the so-called Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has effectively strangled the life out of the Defense Digital Service (DDS). Created in 2015 to bring cutting-edge private sector tools to the Department of Defense, the DDS now faces extinction because of misguided oversight and liberal mismanagement. The very team meant to bolster our military’s technological prowess is being phased out, leading 14 dedicated specialists to walk away in dismay. Bureaucrats in DOGE have sidelined the DDS for their own poorly defined agenda, hypocritically promising efficiency while their actions lead us to a morass of stagnation and inefficiency.
Troubling findings confirm the liberal establishment’s gross missteps in handling our national security apparatus. An audit revealed that past DDS leadership bypassed critical cybersecurity protocols and employed unauthorized digital tools. Naturally, these grave oversights left our nation’s defense data vulnerable. This is what happens when liberals try to play defense expert—they falter, and American security hangs in the balance.

It’s a crystal-clear example of how these bureaucrats, armed only with virtue signaling and globalist agendas, can dismantle what works in a fruitless pursuit of their so-called “efficiencies.” The blind devotion to policies that restrain American ingenuity and advancement is a blight on the nation. The shut down of DDS showcases precisely why the conservative vision of reducing governmental bloat and empowering specialized teams is the best path for safeguarding America’s future.
While the left prattles on about modernization, they reveal themselves as little more than demolition experts, wrecking any sense of progress with misguided directives and bloated leadership. As the DDS slowly fades away, one might wonder how long Americans will tolerate these charades under the guise of improvement. Perhaps the real question is, when will someone finally hold these liberal puppeteers accountable for their catastrophic failures?
