After months of silence, Nathan Fletcher, the former San Diego Board of Supervisors Chair and husband to Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher, has burst back into the spotlight, bringing a big ol’ mess with him. The Chief Information Officer of the Metropolitan Transit System, Emily Outlaw, is accusing him of some pretty nasty stuff. She claims that she got in hot water for not sweeping Nathan Fletcher’s alleged sexual harassment under the rug and for refusing to illegally snoop through private messages of Fletcher’s accuser. Yikes!
Outlaw is not holding back with her claims. She says she got slapped with administrative leave and no raise after discovering that MTS big shots knew about Fletcher’s creepiness long before they pretended to. It’s like a bad soap opera unfolding right in front of us, folks!

And it doesn’t stop there. Outlaw alleges that the MTS Chief Operating Officer, Sharon Cooney, made her work life a living nightmare because she wouldn’t play dirty and invade someone’s privacy. Good for Outlaw for standing her ground against these shady tactics!
It’s a classic case of power abuse and cover-up at play here. MTS first denied trying to bury Figueroa’s allegations, but Outlaw’s lawsuit is dropping truth bombs left and right. Turns out, MTS bigwigs were well aware of the accusations long before they let on. Talk about being caught with their hands in the cookie jar!
Now, Outlaw’s facing a tough battle, but she’s not backing down. The lawsuit she’s fired off is like a cannonball hitting MTS square in the face. It’s messy, it’s dramatic, and it’s a prime example of what happens when the truth gets buried under layers of deceit and greed.
