FBI Ignored Bomb Suspect's Phone Data for Years: Jan. 6 Twist

There’s yet another jaw-dropping twist in the never-ending January 6 saga—this time exposing just how clueless and useless our so-called federal watchdogs have become. The chair of the January 6 subcommittee, Barry Loudermilk, has subpoenaed T-Mobile for the pipe bomb suspect’s phone records. Why? Because the authorities—namely, the same FBI that harassed grandmas for walking near the Capitol—had all the data in their hands for years. Yet somehow, they still couldn’t manage to connect the dots and catch the bomber.

Does anyone really believe this is just incompetence? The FBI has an unlimited budget, endless high-tech toys, and teams obsessed with “domestic extremism.” They could sniff out red MAGA hats across the country, but when it comes to an actual terror threat—someone planting real bombs in Washington—they shrug and look the other way. This is the kind of performance you’d expect out of a banana republic, not the world’s most powerful democracy.

Chairman Loudermilk is right to demand answers. Taxpayers deserve to know why federal agents seem more interested in targeting conservatives than solving real crimes. It’s becoming crystal clear: when it’s a threat that embarrasses the left—or pokes holes in their pet “insurrection” narrative—the FBI drags its feet. But when it’s time to round up anyone who ever supported President Trump, suddenly, they become Sherlock Holmes.

Liberals love to lecture about “protecting democracy.” What a joke. What they really mean is protecting themselves and their twisted storyline. While millions struggled under Biden’s failed leadership, and as crime surges in cities across America, the left’s priorities are clear—cover their tracks, paint conservatives as villains, and ignore basic law enforcement duties. The American people are not stupid. They notice when the law is weaponized against one side.

If the feds can’t—or won’t—use obvious evidence to stop a would-be terrorist, why are we still funding their endless investigations into patriots? Maybe it’s time for some subpoenas of FBI bosses, not just phone companies. Why does truth only matter when it embarrasses their enemies? That’s a question every freedom-loving American should be asking right now.
