The left has truly gone off the deep end when former FBI Director James Comey, a trusted figure in the Democrat orbit, thinks it’s okay to play coy with imagery clearly alluding to violence against President Donald Trump. Posting “86 47” using beach shells can hardly be brushed off as innocent. In military and restaurant lingo, “86” means to get rid of something—any one with common sense sees the not-so-subtle reference to getting rid of Trump, the 47th President.
When our nation’s foundation is freedom of speech, liberals are quick to champion it unless, of course, it’s conservative viewpoints they wish to silence. But when a provocative hint suggests a call to remove President Trump—oh, suddenly it’s a misunderstanding! They must think everyday Americans are fools. Comey’s attempt to backtrack afterwards is laughable and frankly insulting to our intelligence.

President Trump’s tenure has seen relentless attempts from the left and their allies in positions of power to undermine his legitimate presidency. From the phony Russia collusion narrative to bogus impeachment attempts, they stop at nothing. But suggesting assassination, even in jest? It’s a dangerous escalation from a crowd that claims moral high ground.
Democrats need to step up and denounce such irresponsible behavior. But asking them to show class? That’s like asking a fish to climb a tree. Meanwhile, conservative leaders like Kristi Noem and Kash Patel are standing strong, ensuring such threats won’t be taken lightly.
Will the left ever stop clawing at power long enough to consider what’s truly good for America? Or are they too deep in their own echo chamber to hear common sense anymore? This episode is yet another mark of shame on a party that’s lost its way.
