Hunter Biden, the man who seems to have spent more time embroiled in scandal than doing anything productive, has now taken up the role of a political analyst. His latest attempt to explain the Democrats’ crushing defeat in the 2024 election would be amusing if it weren’t so bewildering. He claims his father, Joe Biden, lost not because of policy failures or a lack of connection with the American people but due to a supposed lack of loyalty within the party. It’s a laughable notion coming from someone whose loyalty has often come into question.
The irony is striking. Hunter blames the Democratic downfall on a lack of loyalty, yet he has continually demonstrated a lack of any coherent loyalty himself. His life has been a series of messes and questionable deals that have undeniably dragged his family through the mud. It’s almost as if Hunter has projected his own failures onto the entire Democratic Party. Talk about looking in the mirror!
Hunter’s argument that the Biden administration was a roaring success flies in the face of clear evidence. The southern border remains a disaster, Afghanistan was abandoned in a chaotic freefall, and Americans were left gripping their wallets as inflation soared through the roof. Let’s not forget foreign policy blunders that weakened the U.S. globally. One has to wonder, in what alternate reality does Hunter live where any of this seems successful?

The Democrats’ problems run deep, and Hunter inadvertently got one thing right—they’ve lost touch with average Americans. Their obsession with catering to a noisy few instead of focusing on middle-class America has been their downfall. Identity politics and divisive rhetoric do not win the hearts and minds of everyday citizens. It wasn’t a disloyalty to a faltering leader but a complete disconnect from the nation’s pulse that led to their electoral collapse.
Hunter’s frustration isn’t about loyalty or principles. No, it’s about the halted influence machine that kept him cushioned. With Joe out of the picture, the gilded existence Hunter enjoyed suddenly hit a harsh wall. Isn’t it ironic? The scales have fallen from their eyes, and the era of unaccountable privilege has ground to a halt. Will Democrats learn, or will they keep blaming their losses on fabricated loyalties? The answer may determine if they ever regain the public’s trust.
