Hunter Biden has been indicted by the Department of Justice in California on criminal tax charges, on the grounds that he knowingly failed to pay taxes for a period of four years. Hunter, you truly made a terrible error this time around.
Hotels, drugs, and women: DOJ says Hunter Biden spent millions on 'everything but his taxes' https://t.co/f7o0qi4E1B

Hunter Biden, according to Special Counsel David Weiss, led a lavish lifestyle, generating a substantial amount of money and spending it on opulent hotels, female escorts, luxury automobiles, and cash withdrawals that occurred concurrently with his drug addiction. Hunter is facing charges of three felonies and six misdemeanors, including a substantial tax arrears of $1.4 million for the years 2016 to 2019, which Weiss is not holding back. Hunter appears to have lavished himself on the finest things in life, oblivious to the IRS's impending visit.
His expenditures throughout this period are alarmingly extravagant. In the amount of $1.6 million in cash withdrawals, over $683 thousand in payments to various women, and over $188,000 spent on "adult entertainment." If it were not so reprehensible, it might be amusing. Hunter's 2018 tax year appeared to be a living nightmare, as he allegedly inflated his tax returns with nearly $400,000 in the name of "business-related travel" that did not occur. Moreover, he attempted to claim an exotic performer from a strip club as "artwork" on his tax returns. He has an absolutely insane imagination!
Further elucidating on these profound allegations, the indictment delineates how Hunter purportedly incurred the cost of an escort while inadvertently neglecting to classify the expenditure as a personal expense. Furthermore, he attempted to deduct a rental fee of $3,852 for a Lamborghini as a business expense. It is comparable to viewing a subpar film in which the protagonist continually digs himself deeper and deeper into a hole. Allegations continue to accumulate!
Abbe Lowell, the attorney for Biden, attempted in vain to defend his client by asserting that Hunter repaid his taxes with interest and penalties two years ago. However, it appears that the prosecutor is not persuaded, as he has charged that Hunter maintained his ostentatious lifestyle in 2020, with a major Democratic donor pledging $1.2 million to cover his extravagant expenditures. What a complex network of entanglements we create when entangled in a tax evasion scandal!
Furthermore, Lowell lamented the unjust nature of the indictment and stated that Hunter's imprudent expenditures transpired "during the height of his addiction." Although this may elicit some sympathy, it in no way justifies evading taxes and manipulating information on tax returns. It appears that the Biden family is once again in the spotlight and must provide an explanation. Practically, the headlines of tabloids compose themselves.
