What’s truly alarming is not just the attack itself but the multitude of failures by the Biden administration that allowed this situation to escalate.
Soliman’s background check revealed red flags that should have sent alarm bells ringing throughout law enforcement and immigration agencies. He was denied a gun purchase due to his illegal status. Yet, rather than taking immediate action to deport him, officials turned a blind eye. Instead of treating our borders like a fortress, they left them wide open, inviting chaos and violence.
Critics rightly point out that the specifics of Soliman’s case should have sparked immediate action from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The Colorado Bureau of Investigation reportedly flagged Soliman’s gun denial, yet no follow-up was conducted to ensure he was removed from the United States. This is not just a bureaucratic failure; it’s a blatant disregard for human life. Our public servants should be held accountable for allowing a known risk to roam freely, culminating in an attack fueled by anti-Semitic hatred.
Even after the attack, the Biden administration’s response has been lackluster at best. Soliman’s family faced detainment only after the horror erupted, leaving many questioning the priorities of our federal agencies. This is another perfect illustration of how the left’s policies consistently fail to protect American citizens. They are quick to blame guns or societal issues but never confront the underlying problem of illegal immigration that brings dangerous individuals into our communities.

Soliman’s rampage could have been entirely avoided if only our immigration laws were enforced.
