The sham investigation into Donald Trump remains just that—a sham. Even after a grueling seven-hour deposition of Jack Smith, the so-called special counsel appointed by the Biden Justice Department, nothing has changed: this entire probe reeks of political motivation and partisan weaponization. The deep-state swamp is alive and well, and their mission is crystal clear—destroy Trump using every twisted tool at their disposal.
Jack Smith’s testimony did nothing to dispel the view that this is a political hit job cooked up by Biden’s DOJ to persecute a political rival. This is the same corrupt institution that launched a ridiculous raid on Mar-a-Lago without proper cause or courtesy. Top FBI officials who were part of that raid later admitted it was botched and unnecessary, and that President Trump should have at least been informed or allowed his lawyers to be present. But no—Garland’s Justice Department is too busy playing dirty politics to care about basic fairness or legal norms.

What’s even more disturbing is the blatant abuse of surveillance powers in this case. Only after Kevin McCarthy became Speaker of the House did Jack Smith secretly request phone records from AT&T, targeting one of the highest-ranking Republicans in the government. The level of intrusion is staggering. They didn’t just want to know who called whom—they wanted to track the exact duration of calls and even the locations of those involved. This is Big Brother authoritarianism masquerading as “law enforcement.” It’s political spying on America’s elected leaders, done in the shadows and shielded from transparency.
Even worse, Smith’s own deputies are running scared, repeatedly shielding themselves behind the Fifth Amendment. One was so obstructive that Congress referred him to the Justice Department for investigation. That’s astonishing in itself—an investigator’s deputy being accused of obstruction by a congressional probe! This circus is far from a legitimate legal process. It’s a vendetta dressed up in legal jargon, and the American people are watching.
The real question is: when will this politically motivated witch hunt end? When will the Biden administration and its DOJ cronies be held accountable for weaponizing the government to silence opposition? It’s clear that this investigation isn’t about justice—it’s about crushing anyone who dares to challenge the radical left’s grip on power.
