Iran-backed militias are fueling the chaos and destruction at pro-Hamas protests on U.S. university campuses. These enemies of America are not only encouraging violent demonstrations but also mocking our country and stirring up hatred toward Israel. The protests, marked by tent cities, vandalism, and anti-Semitic rhetoric, have left Jewish students feeling scared and unwelcome.
It is deeply concerning that groups supported by Iran are actively participating in escalating tensions on American soil. These militias are using social media platforms to urge students to intensify their protests against Israel, spreading anti-Semitic messages and inciting violence. By exploiting our universities as battlegrounds for their anti-Israel agenda, these groups are undermining free speech and promoting hatred towards a U.S. ally.

The Iranian-backed Sabereen News channel, linked to Iraqi militias, has been sharing images and videos of anti-Israel protests at various universities, celebrating the chaos and criticizing American policies. They mock U.S. lawmakers, law enforcement, and even Holocaust victims, showing a blatant disregard for the values and principles of this nation. Their actions serve to further divide and inflame tensions within our own communities.
Seeing some brave individuals standing up against the radical protesters and refusing to be intimidated is commendable. However, the continuous support and tolerance shown by university administrators towards these disruptive demonstrations only embolden the agitators. It is essential for educational institutions to uphold law and order, protect the rights of all students, and ensure that campuses remain safe spaces for learning and dialogue.
The pro-Hamas protests orchestrated by Iran-backed groups represent a dangerous trend of foreign interference in domestic affairs. This blatant disregard for the security and well-being of American citizens, particularly Jewish students, cannot be tolerated. It is imperative for authorities to take decisive action to quell these disruptions and uphold the values of peace, respect, and tolerance within our educational institutions.
