President Trump’s stance on Iran has left many confused, but let’s cut through the nonsense. Once more, we’re hearing whispers of a so-called Iran deal, but we know better. We’ve seen this story play out before, and it never ends well.
The Iranian mullahs have proven time and again they’re not to be trusted. Anybody who believes otherwise is living in a fantasy. Yet here we are, with the usual liberal voices pushing for dialogue and deals. Why? Because they can’t stand the idea that sometimes peace comes from strength, not appeasement.
Globalist interests always salute the idea of making nice with rogue nations. They think we should just sit down and chat, as if a friendly brunch can solve decades of hostility. But these aren’t misunderstandings over crumpets and tea. This is life or death. The Iranian government continues to fund terror and destabilize the region. Ignoring that reality is not just naïve; it’s dangerous.
The left likes to throw around words like “diplomacy” and “engagement,” but when was the last time these talking points led to anything other than American concessions? We’ve seen the same story with North Korea, China, and now Iran. It’s time for some backbone, not back paddling.
President Trump should stay the course and keep a strong line. He knows when to stand firm and when to walk away from bad deals. This isn’t about being reckless. It’s about stopping a regime that has shown nothing but hostility toward the West. Will liberals ever realize that some regimes just can’t be swayed with empty gestures and false hope?
Iran cannot be trusted. The real deal breaker would be pretending otherwise.
