Iran’s “Death to America” chant is a clear expression of hatred toward our country. This violent slogan has been shouted for decades by Iran’s government supporters and terrorist groups they fund. Some academics and media figures claim it’s only about U.S. policies, but that’s a dangerous lie.
Conservatives know these words mean exactly what they say: Iran wants America destroyed. The regime teaches children to chant this hatred in schools and broadcasts it at official events. When Iran’s leaders scream for our death, we must listen.
Pretending this is just about foreign policy ignores Iran’s actions. They fund Hamas terrorists who killed innocent Israelis. They arm Houthi rebels attacking ships. They try to build nuclear weapons while chanting for our annihilation. This isn’t disagreement—it’s war.
We saw this hatred spill into our streets when pro-Iran protesters chanted “Death to America” in Dearborn, Michigan. Dearborn’s mayor called it “unacceptable,” but where was the outrage from liberal leaders? They stay silent while Americans are threatened.
The media downplays this danger. CNN reporters suggest we shouldn’t take the chants literally. Professors claim Iranians “like American people.” This is pure nonsense. If someone yells “death” to your face, you don’t analyze their feelings—you defend yourself.
Iran hasn’t changed since taking our hostages in 1979. The same regime that shouts “Death to America” today plotted to kill U.S. officials on our own soil. They test missiles marked with this slogan. Their actions prove their words.
Weak leaders say we must “understand” Iran’s grievances. But we remember history too: Iran attacked our troops, blew up our embassies, and calls us the “Great Satan.” No other country gets this excuse for genocidal threats.
We must face reality. Iran’s rulers want America erased. They say it, shout it, and act on it. Conservatives won’t apologize for defending our nation against those who scream for our death. We stand with America—always.
