Staff ReportsWhen Nancy Pelosi tries to spin the narrative on riots and the January 6th incident, it’s like watching a circus act gone wrong. She recently described the violent riots in Los Angeles as merely the “exuberance of the moment.” It’s baffling how anyone could downplay destruction as mere excitement. What’s more outrageous is her attempt to deflect the blame for the chaos on Capitol Hill onto President Trump, when it’s clear she had a hand in the failures that occurred.
Pelosi’s claim that the Capitol’s protection was delayed by President Trump is not just laughable, it’s downright misleading. The real story comes from former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, who repeatedly requested National Guard support before and during the chaos. His requests were blocked by the very House Sergeant at Arms who reports directly to Pelosi. It’s crystal clear that Pelosi was neck-deep in creating the disastrous delays.
Attempts to muddy the waters with deceit can’t hide the truth forever. Sund had even asked for the Guard three days before the riot, only to be shut down by bureaucrats controlled by Pelosi. The chaos on January 6th was a case of egregious incompetence by those who were charged with keeping the peace. Yet, in typical liberal fashion, Pelosi wants to cast the blame elsewhere, refusing to own up to her own role in the disorder.

As for the LA riots, Pelosi’s soft excuses only embolden extremists who think it’s fine to burn cities under the guise of protest. It’s more of the same left-wing agenda where lawlessness is tolerated, even celebrated, if it serves their interests. The same folks who cry about democracy being threatened were nowhere to be found condemning the actual violence in the streets. Hypocrisy, thy name is Pelosi.
President Trump won’t allow America to sink into the anarchy that some leftists dream of. The days of tolerating urban chaos, like the 2020 Summer of Love, are over. Our nation needs to stand firm against the radical impulses and incompetent leadership that threaten its very foundation. We’ve all got to ask ourselves, how much longer will Americans tolerate the liberal chaos merchants at the helm of our institutions?
