Charlie Kirk was only 31 years old when he was murdered. He founded Turning Point USA when he was just 18 years old. This brave young patriot spent his life fighting for conservative values and supporting President Trump. He leaves behind a wife and two beautiful children.
The Jets showed real courage by honoring Kirk at MetLife Stadium. They played video clips of Charlie with his family on the big screen. Remember, this happened in liberal New York where conservatives are not always welcome. The Jets did the right thing anyway.
Many other NFL teams also paid tribute to this American hero. The Cowboys, Saints, Dolphins, and Titans all held moments of silence. Even the White House praised teams for honoring Kirk. President Trump’s administration called him a champion for faith and patriotism.
But some teams showed their true colors by refusing to honor Charlie Kirk. The Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens would not even hold a moment of silence. These same teams had no problem kneeling for the national anthem or honoring liberal causes. Their disrespect is shameful and un-American.
This reveals the ugly truth about the liberal double standard in sports. The NFL will bend over backwards for leftist activists but ignores murdered conservatives. They honor criminals like George Floyd but ignore patriots like Charlie Kirk. This hypocrisy makes real Americans sick.
Conservative fans are speaking out against this disgrace on social media. They are calling out the Ravens and Lions for their cowardice. Patriots across the country are demanding equal treatment for conservative heroes. We will not stay silent while our values are attacked.
Charlie Kirk died fighting for the America we all love. His murder shows how far the radical left will go to silence conservative voices. We must honor his memory by continuing his fight. Every patriotic American should support teams that respect our values and boycott those that do not.
