Joe Biden just pocketed a cool $10 million advance for a memoir about his disastrous four years in office. Yes, you read that right—ten million bucks for a book that will try to polish the tarnished legacy of a presidency riddled with incompetence, mental decline rumors, and outright corruption. Meanwhile, Obama and Michelle raked in six times that amount, a stark reminder of the Left’s celebrity pricing and how some lifelong socialists still get paid more by the media mob for selling fairy tales than Biden does for chronicling his muddled mishandling of America.
Keep in mind, Biden initially eyed a whopping $30 million “tell-all” deal, reportedly because the family’s financial house is hardly in order. Hunter Biden’s legal fees and cratering art career have left the Bidens scrambling for cash. Hunter’s own memoir flopped spectacularly after an initial burst of fake media hype, proving that scandal-ridden sob stories about drugs and debauchery don’t always translate into bestseller gold. Maybe voters are tired of seeing the Biden crime family cash out while the country pays the price for their failures.
But don’t expect this new Biden book to be a straightforward read. Reports suggest Joe’s mental acuity has taken such a hit that questions swirl over whether he even knows what he’s signing. There’s talk about autopen abuse—signing pardons without reading them, letting others run the show while he fancies himself president-in-name only. But let’s be real: this book is mostly a desperate money grab, a way to cash in while the legacies of his predecessors—and even his own family—burn to the ground. With a prostate cancer diagnosis thrown into the mix, this could be less about sharing wisdom and more about squeezing out whatever cash the public will begrudgingly fork over before Biden’s political relevance fades forever.
At the end of the day, Biden’s memoir deal is just another chapter in the ongoing saga of liberal elites exploiting American taxpayers and culture for personal gain. While the rest of the country struggles under inflation, crime waves, and globalist agendas, Biden writes his wallet heavier, not a single lesson learned for the nation. If this is the best our former president can offer in his post-political career, maybe it’s time America stops pretending he ever had one.
