The liberal deep state strikes again. In the ongoing witch hunt against former President Donald Trump, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has once again attempted to subvert the rule of law and operate outside of proper legal procedure. On Monday, Judge Aileen Cannon denied the DOJ’s motion to impose special conditions of release on Trump and his co-defendant Walt Nauta, as well as their request to file the witness list under seal.
This decision is a victory for the Constitution and for the rights of American citizens. Judge Cannon recognized that the DOJ’s motion lacked a justifiable basis and did not offer a satisfactory explanation for sealing the witness list from public view. It is clear that the DOJ is trying to keep crucial information hidden from the American people, likely in an attempt to further their politically motivated agenda.
It is also concerning that the DOJ raised the issue of unclear conditions of release without providing the witness list they sought to keep under seal. This is yet another example of the corrupt and biased tactics being used against President Trump. It is no secret that the liberal media and deep state have been out to get him since he first announced his candidacy in 2015.
Thankfully, Judge Cannon has seen through the DOJ’s attempts to undermine our legal system and has granted a pre-trial conference to address any potential issues regarding classified information. This shows that we can still trust our judiciary to make fair and impartial decisions, despite the best efforts of the Democratic Party and their allies in the media.

While more developments in this case are sure to come, conservatives can take comfort in knowing that the truth will ultimately prevail. We must remain vigilant in our fight against the liberal establishment and continue to support our leaders who are being unfairly targeted by the left.
