A brave federal judge is fighting against the Biden administration’s secret and illegal collusion with Big Tech to censor conservative opinions. Judge Terry Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana has refused the Biden team’s request to dismiss a critical case alleging that the federal government, led by President Joe Biden, collaborated with social media companies to censor information about COVID-19. The landmark lawsuit, also known as Missouri v. Biden, was filed by Louisiana and Missouri to expose how social media companies selectively suppressed messages that they disagreed with.
The judge asked the feds if they had ever read George Orwell’s 1984, pointing out the similarities between the case and the book.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the Court asked the feds why he should believe them when they say they claim censorship has stopped and won’t happen again.

The lawsuit contends that social media organizations incorrectly labeled data as “misinformation” and “disinformation” in breach of the First Amendment, while the federal government surpassed its authority. The Dept. of Health and Human Services and Homeland Security violated the Administrative Procedure Act, according to the complaint. Judge Doughty, in his ruling, identified that the filing raises significant allegations of coercion and stimulation that convert censorship on social media websites into state action.
The Biden administration had hoped to terminate the lawsuit, which discloses the truth behind most giant social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, abetted by Big Tech, in the largest censorship operation. The dirty collusion designed to stifle freedom of speech can no longer stay hidden when individuals such as Senator Eric Schmitt of Missouri are willing to stand up. Attorney General Schmitt exposed the Biden administration’s censorship operation while in office, leading to the lawsuit.
The Biden administration considered it essential to suppress viewpoints with which they did not concur, which resulted in millions of Americans losing their individual freedoms. And the court arguments made by Biden’s administration were hollowed; its clean intentions were exposed by Jay Bhattacharya. The Biden administration colluded with Meta, Twitter, and YouTube to censor free speech. The Biden administration must be held accountable for its tyrannical actions that hinder citizens’ free speech!
