All five judges agreed this massive penalty was wrong and had to go. Even liberal judges couldn’t stomach this obvious attack on our president. Two judges said the fine was way too much, while two others said Trump never committed fraud at all.
Radical Attorney General Letitia James wasted years and millions of taxpayer dollars on this bogus case. One judge even said she never should have brought it in the first place. This woman campaigned on getting Trump and then made up crimes to go after him.
President Trump was absolutely right when he called this a political witch hunt. He said everything he did was correct and perfect, and now the courts agree. The Democrats tried to bankrupt him before the election but failed miserably.
This fake case was designed to hurt Trump’s business empire and damage his reputation. The original judge tried to ban him from running his own companies and getting loans. It was a complete abuse of power by partisan hacks.
James and her cronies thought they could take down Trump with made-up charges. They investigated him for three years looking for any excuse to prosecute. When you start with the conclusion and work backwards, that’s not justice.
Now Trump is fighting back hard against these corrupt prosecutors. He’s using the Justice Department to investigate James for violating his civil rights. It’s time to hold these lawfare criminals accountable.
