As if the first showdown didn’t put enough distance between her grasp of reality and the actual game. While the GOP faithful are basking in the glow of Trump’s performance, Harris’s supporters are whipping themselves into a frenzy over what they consider a victory—blind optimism that may be as self-deluded as Kamala’s speeches.
The debate is now behind us, and opinions are swirling more frantically than a cyclone of leftist talking points. Trump’s faithful bask in the aftermath, confident that he effectively schooled Harris on everything from policy to plain common sense. Meanwhile, the mainstream media, those loyal acolytes of the left, are busy constructing an alternate universe where Harris’s performance was a shining beacon in the dark night of political discourse. Heavenly virtue may not translate well into votes.

Even die-hard fans might have their doubts about her holding her own under pressure, especially when confronted by someone like Trump.
Meanwhile, the corporate media—ever the lapdogs for liberal narratives—have become cheerleaders for Kamala, breathlessly dissecting every moment with an enthusiasm of a toddler who just discovered sugar. It seems that fact and fairness take a back seat when the left’s pet projects are under scrutiny. Harris’s team may think the tone and rounds of applause can mask the fact that she’s often just a paper tiger in debates, all flair with little substance—a dangerous game when the opposition has the upper hand in reality.
The chatter surrounding a potential rematch is loud and filled with spectacle, but the prevailing view remains that Kamala’s gamble could backfire spectacularly. If Trump agrees to this second go-round, his aim would surely be to firmly slap the reality check onto the Harris camp that her word salads won’t stand a chance against his no-nonsense approach.
