Everyone is in on the act, from the lawyers and the so-called medical professionals to the unforgiving coyotes who helped them cross over. They take out high-interest loans to fund these dubious lawsuits, leaving taxpayers and honest insurance policyholders to shoulder the costs.

This loophole is an invitation for fraud and corruption, and it’s costing every American. Insurance companies are now feeling the pinch, and they are absolutely right when they claim premiums skyrocket as a result. Why? Because the average contractor, facing inflated insurance costs, will inevitably pass those expenses onto consumers.
To make matters worse, the consequences often extend well beyond financial burdens. Reports indicate that illegal immigrants are pushed into undergoing unnecessary surgeries as part of their lawsuits.
