The illegal alien, Jose Medina-Perez, was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Instead of letting law enforcement do their job, the judge worked with court officer Wesley MacGregor. Together they helped the criminal escape through a back exit using a security card. They put their personal politics ahead of public safety and the rule of law.
The Biden administration later dropped all charges against Joseph in 2022. This is exactly what Americans are sick and tired of seeing from liberal leaders. They refuse to enforce our immigration laws and let criminals walk free. Meanwhile, hardworking citizens pay the price for this dangerous sanctuary policy.
Joseph had only been a judge for a short time before breaking her oath. She was sworn in during November 2017 and was helping illegal aliens escape by 2018. Liberal judges across America are using their power to push open borders and undermine our nation’s sovereignty.
Even after getting off from criminal charges, Joseph still faces a hearing from the Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct. They accuse her of “willful judicial misconduct” that brought shame to the judicial office. But will she face real consequences for her actions? Many Americans doubt it.
This case shows why we need to take back control of our courts and our borders. When judges help illegal aliens escape instead of facing justice, our whole system breaks down. This judge chose to side with a criminal alien instead of the American people she swore to serve.
