During an appearance on Fox News’s America’s Newsroom, Bedford accused the mainstream media of favoring Democrats and diverting attention away from allegations against Biden. She emphasized the substantial evidence suggesting that Biden may have misrepresented his involvement in his son’s business dealings, likening the media's approach to a game of hide and seek with the truth.

Despite Biden’s assertions of a "firewall" between his vice presidency and his son Hunter’s business affairs, questions linger about Biden's awareness of Hunter’s international business ventures and potential interactions with their associates. However, instead of delving into these critical issues, the media appears more interested in superficial coverage of Biden's business connections.
The Oversight Committee conducted a six-month investigation, gathering witnesses and evidence for the hearing. Chairman Rep. James Comer has even extended an invitation to Biden to testify at a later hearing. However, it seems unlikely that Comer will pursue an impeachment vote, opting instead for potential criminal referrals or legislative reforms.
In summary, Bedford argues that the biased media is shielding Biden from scrutiny, prioritizing superficial coverage over substantive examination of the allegations.
