The far-left never seems to miss an opportunity to attack America’s greatest heroes. Now they’re demanding that Independence Mall in Philadelphia turn a historic site into a shrine for anti-American guilt. Liberal activists have forced a federal judge to order the return of an exhibit focusing solely on George Washington’s ownership of enslaved people. Of course, the Trump administration isn’t standing by while radical revisionists smear our nation’s first president.
Liberals act like they’re championing “truth,” but what they’re really selling is division. They want kids visiting this iconic place to see nothing but America’s faults—and to feel shame about our history. They hide behind claims of “telling the whole story” while intentionally ignoring Washington’s towering legacy as the man who birthed the freedoms they abuse today. When globalists and their allies in the courts make these decisions, it’s regular Americans who lose.

What’s next? Will they dig up every Founding Father, instead of teaching kids about the founding principles that made this country great? If the radical left controls our monuments, museums, and schools, the only lesson future generations are going to get is that America is something to apologize for. The left’s obsession with tearing down and rewriting our history is not about education—it’s about power.
Parents know better. When they bring their families to Independence Mall, they want to share pride in America, not be bombarded with lectures from liberal elites. But the left wants to brainwash our kids from the earliest age, injecting their brand of woke shame everywhere and acting like it’s progress. How is it “enlightened” to obsessively dissect the flaws of the people who gave us independence and liberty?
The Trump administration is right to push back. This is about more than one exhibit. It’s about whether we remember our history the American way—celebrating our heroes and learning from our past—or allow the left to turn it into a never-ending apology tour. If we let liberals win this fight, will anything be left of our national pride?
