In a much-needed move, the court reaffirmed ICE’s authority to detain illegal immigrants without having to coddle them with bond hearings while they wait for removal. Somehow, progressives have forgotten that our country has borders for a reason. But thanks to this decision, the Trump administration can finally get back to what it does best: putting America first and stopping the border chaos the leftists never wanted to fix.
Let’s be real—Biden Democrats and their activist judges have spent years tying the hands of our law enforcement. They want open borders, endless loopholes, and lawbreakers treated better than our own veterans. When a lower court tried to neuter ICE’s ability to detain dangerous illegals, it was just another example of liberals selling out our safety in the name of “compassion.” The message was clear: criminals get a green light, while American families get left behind.
