While Cheney may have believed her endorsement would carry impactful weight, it only serves to reinforce the reality that the anti-Trump faction of the GOP is fully embracing Democrat ideals, despite previously claiming to stand against them. With this recent development, it’s safe to say that Cheney has firmly established herself as a card-carrying member of the Democratic Party, complete with all the benefits of never having to own a cowboy hat again.
