Mamdani wants a $30 minimum wage by 2030. That sounds nice but would destroy small businesses. Mom-and-pop shops can’t afford such drastic jumps. They’d lay off workers or shut down completely.
His housing plan sounds good but is pure fantasy. A citywide rent freeze would bankrupt landlords and stop new housing construction. Building 200,000 “affordable” units with city money means massive tax hikes. Working families would foot the bill.
Five city-run grocery stores? That’s government overreach at its worst. Politicians can’t run supermarkets better than private companies. This would waste millions in taxpayer dollars and kill local businesses.
Mamdani’s plan to arrest world leaders like Benjamin Netanyahu is an international embarrassment. It makes New York look like a banana republic. We need allies, not enemies.
The business community is panicking over his anti-job policies. His tax hikes on corporations and high earners would drive companies out of NYC. That means fewer jobs and a weaker economy for everyone.
Mamdani’s weak stance on crime puts us all at risk. Cutting police funding while criminals roam free is madness. New Yorkers deserve safety on their streets and subways.
Our city can’t survive this socialist nightmare. Electing Mamdani would finish off the Big Apple for good. We must stand strong against these radical ideas.
