In the ultra-liberal city of Lawrence, Massachusetts, election officials are once again investigating a potential case of voter fraud. Two voters have come forward, revealing that someone had illegally voted in their names during the recent municipal election. One voter, who wished to remain anonymous, shared that when he attempted to vote, he was told that he had already voted through an absentee mail ballot. The second voter, Rosalis Gonzalez, reported that an absentee ballot was mailed in her name with a forged signature. These alarming incidents have prompted an immediate investigation by the secretary of state.

During the inquiry, video evidence surfaced, capturing an unknown woman going through a voter’s mailbox and stealing an absentee ballot before leaving the premises. The authorities are currently working to identify this woman. Secretary of State William Galvin, a Democrat, assured the public that the investigation would conclude before the newly elected officials take office in January. He emphasized the state’s commitment to holding accountable those who commit crimes, stating, “We’re on it. The minute we heard about it today we took action. We’ve had a history of sending people to jail when they commit crimes. That’s what we’ll do here.”
These incidents are part of a larger pattern of alleged election fraud attempts in the New England region. In Springfield, Massachusetts, a Democratic city council member and mayoral candidate is accused of coordinating a plan to pay homeless individuals $10 each if they voted for him on Election Day. Similarly, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, a judge has ordered a second Democratic primary election due to a notorious ballot harvester, who has a lengthy criminal history, being caught on camera illegally dropping hundreds of mail-in ballots into a drop box.
Mainstream media outlets often dismiss instances of voter fraud as extremely rare. However, these recent cases have cast doubt on the reliability of absentee voting and mail-in ballots, which saw a significant increase during the COVID-19 shutdowns. The Republican National Committee has even expressed its intention to train conservatives on how to effectively harvest ballots, suggesting that this controversial practice may become more prevalent in certain parts of the country. These instances further highlight the need for stricter safeguards and greater scrutiny of the electoral process to ensure the integrity of our elections.
