The so-called “Midnight Hammer” strike has obliterated Iran’s dangerous nuclear capabilities and sent a shockwave through the international community. Yet predictably, some media outlets are more concerned with sowing discord than recognizing strategic brilliance.
Take CNN’s latest attempt to stir controversy with baseless claims that the White House failed to notify key Democratic leaders before the strike. This narrative crumbles when faced with facts. The White House communicated with Congressional leaders, showing its commitment to bipartisan transparency. But when facts get in the way, it seems the media’s liberal agenda takes precedence.
Democratic leaders like Schumer, instead of acknowledging an uplifting moment for global security, lament about presidential powers. This grandstanding ignores the critical accomplishment—greatly reducing the threat of Iranian aggression. Trump’s decisive actions have achieved what previous administrations only dreamed of doing: safeguarding America and its allies from a nuclear-armed Iran. Yet, liberals kvetch and bluster, unable to accept a reality where their failed policies are exposed.

In typical fashion, Democratic leaders now call for restraints on executive power, echoing anti-Trump sentiments rather than focusing on national safety. This pesky aversion to asserting American dominance keeps rearing its head among left-leaning politicos, who seem more afraid of Trump’s success than Iran’s nuclear threat.
As President Trump suggests the possibility of “regime change” in Iran, the message is loud and clear: America leads with strength and resolve. When others falter, Trump acts. Real leadership doesn’t ask for permission from the global elitists or kowtow to the whims of the radical left. Why should America compromise its security to pacify critics obsessed with political correctness?
