Obama Judge’s Ruling Blocks Trump’s Top Prosecutor in NJ

Another Obama judge just delivered a crushing blow to President Trump’s efforts to drain the swamp. Judge Matthew Brann ruled that Alina Habba cannot serve as New Jersey’s top federal prosecutor. This is the same liberal judge who was handpicked by Barack Obama back in 2012.

The ruling came after three criminals facing serious charges decided to challenge Habba’s appointment. These defendants include drug dealers and fraud suspects who clearly want to escape justice. Now they have found a friendly Obama judge willing to help them out.

Judge Brann claims Habba has been serving without legal authority since July. He says the Trump administration used improper methods to keep her in the job. The judge is basically calling President Trump a lawbreaker for trying to put his own people in charge.

This is nothing more than another attempt by the deep state to block Trump’s agenda. Habba was Trump’s personal lawyer and knows exactly how the corrupt system works. That is exactly why the establishment wants her gone.

The timing of this ruling is highly suspicious and reeks of political interference. These criminal defendants waited until now to challenge Habba’s authority. They are getting help from Obama judges to derail their own prosecutions.

President Trump has every right to choose his own prosecutors and Justice Department officials. The Constitution gives him this power as the chief executive. No Obama judge should be able to overrule the will of the American people.

Habba is now banned from working on any cases in New Jersey federal court. This means real criminals might escape justice because of judicial activism. The victims of these crimes deserve better than this political game.

The Justice Department says it will appeal this outrageous ruling to higher courts. Hopefully the appeals court will see through this obvious attempt to sabotage Trump’s presidency. America needs leaders like Alina Habba who will fight for law and order.
