The so-called “Affordable Care Act” has officially become a circus of fraud, waste, and government failure—exactly what conservatives warned about from day one. It gets worse. Some states have more sign-ups for the lowest subsidy bracket than their total eligible population, revealing just how badly this program is being exploited.
