A disgusting racist attack just hit Virginia politics. Last Thursday, a vile protestor held up a Jim Crow era sign targeting Republican Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears at a school board meeting. The sign said if transgender students can’t use her bathroom, then blacks can’t share water fountains.
The shocking truth makes this even worse. The person holding this racist sign is a campaign volunteer for Democrat Abigail Spanberger. This is the same Spanberger who claims to fight hate and division in our state.
This shows the true face of the radical left. They preach tolerance and love but turn into vicious racists the moment a strong conservative woman stands up to them. When Winsome Earle-Sears fights for parents’ rights and common sense, they attack her with the worst kind of hate.
The Democrat response has been pathetic and weak. Spanberger could only manage a bland statement through a spokesperson. Her running mates stayed completely silent about this racist attack on a sitting Lieutenant Governor.
This attack came as Earle-Sears was fighting the transgender bathroom madness in our schools. She was standing up for parents who don’t want biological males in girls’ locker rooms. Two boys were already suspended just for complaining about this insane policy.
Winsome Earle-Sears is everything the left hates. She’s a strong black conservative woman who won’t bow down to their woke agenda. She puts Virginia families first and fights the radical policies destroying our schools.
This racist attack proves what we’ve always known about Virginia Democrats. They only care about minorities when they vote the right way. Step out of line and they’ll use the worst kind of hate to try to destroy you.
Virginia families deserve better than this hate and hypocrisy. We need leaders like Winsome Earle-Sears who will stand strong against both racist attacks and radical gender ideology. It’s time to reject the Democrats’ politics of division and choose real leadership for our Commonwealth.
