RELEASE Biden’s Secret Voter Strategy

Democrats have a well-established tendency for changing government policy. First, they amend federal legislation in Congress. If they fail, they implement their policy agenda unlawfully via executive action.

When Congress failed to authorise amnesty for illegal immigrants, then-President Barack Obama achieved so by executive order. Obama passed his Clean Power Proposal because Congress declined to pass a carbon cap-and-trade plan. President Joe Biden's student loan debt reduction proposal provided amnesty when Congress refused.

None of these presidential acts were permitted by law, but their details were released.

Biden's secret vote strategy is different.

Biden signed an executive order less than two months after taking office to “expand” voting access and “combat misinformation.” The directive is scant on details, although it mentions giving voter registration and vote-by-mail applications “in the course of activities or services that directly engage with the public.”It instructs agencies to seek "nonpartisan" third-party voter registration help.

The directive requires each department to submit a "strategic plan" for executing the executive order to Susan Rice, the Obama administration's choice to lie on national television about the Benghazi terrorist assault on the eve of the 2012 presidential election.

Where are the Democrats' strategic voting plans now that they failed to federalize elections? How will each agency comply with Biden's vote order? Will far-left organisations get access to government property and communications to attack Democrats? Everyone should know.

Biden doesn't say. These strategy plans aren't public. The Biden administration improperly rejected a Freedom of Information Act request seeking DOJ's strategy plan. A judge ordered the DOJ to divulge its strategy when the FGA sued. The DOJ provided emails on the final day, but no strategy. Instead, the administration said Biden's secret vote strategy is excluded under FOIA's internal government discussions exemption. Transparency advocates term this the “withhold it because you want to"exception.

From what the Biden administration released, we know that top DOJ officials met on July 12, 2021, with a who's who of far-left activists whose organisations, though nominally nonpartisan, are essentially Democratic Party appendages, such as the ACLU, Black Lives Matter, and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Is it intended to utilise government resources to target exclusively Democratic voters? Maybe. No Republican should trust the DOJ when it colludes with leftist rogues on voter registration and vote-by-mail applications. Just 20% of Americans trust our voting system, and Biden's covert work with far-left organisations on a secret voting scheme isn't helping.

Biden must immediately reveal his voting strategy.
