Judge Brian Murphy, in a flagrant display of arrogance, seems to think he’s above the Supreme Court. By insisting on his own injunction, despite the clear ruling, he’s essentially telling America that his personal opinion overrides the judicial process. The Department of Homeland Security is not taking this lightly. They’ve rightfully called out Murphy’s defiance as lawless, and are seeking a rerouting to a judge who respects the Supreme Court’s authority. It’s about time someone stood up to these out-of-control judges who take the law into their own hands. The Trump administration is fighting not just for deportations, but for the integrity of our judicial system.
Let’s not ignore the bigger picture. This isn’t just about one judge. This is about the leftist tactics that undermine President Trump at every turn. The left seems to forget that strong borders and enforced immigration laws are what keep America safe.
