New York’s radical sanctuary laws strike again, putting criminals before citizens and endangering our children. We’ve watched as leftists in Albany bow to open borders and special interests, sweeping crime under the rug if it means appeasing their progressive base. This time, the case is truly stomach-churning. A prosecutor had to twist, turn, and leap over the very rules made to “protect” illegal immigrants—just to keep a Guatemalan child molester off the streets.
This is what happens when Democrats put their political agenda above public safety. Sanctuary policies sound nice in press releases, but in reality, they turn New York into a playground for criminals who shouldn’t be here in the first place. How many more innocent lives must be shattered while politicians virtue-signal? While hardworking Americans play by the rules, illegal aliens get shielded—sometimes from even the worst crimes imaginable.

Let’s face it: the priorities here are all wrong. Protecting child predators from immigration enforcement goes against every American value. Liberals say they care about the vulnerable, but their actions leave our own kids at risk. Is this the America we want? A nation where someone can cross the border illegally, commit horrible acts, and then get coddled by sanctuary protections?
But the truth is even more damning. When one prosecutor finally puts his foot down, he has to work around the very sanctuary policies put in place by leftist lawmakers. It’s a backhanded admission: their system is broken, and even they know it. Why are law-abiding Americans forced to accept these double standards?
This insanity won’t stop until we demand leaders who actually serve the American people—not globalist dreams, not progressive fantasies, but real families and real communities. When the choice is between criminals and citizens, it shouldn’t even be a question. So which side are New York’s leaders really on?
