Schiff’s Anti-Trump Bills Slammed as Unconstitutional Overreach

Democratic Senator Adam Schiff is pushing two new bills targeting President Trump. The first bill aims to stop presidents from making money with digital currencies. Schiff claims Trump earned over $57 million from a crypto deal last year. The second bill wants to put a watchdog inside the White House to monitor the president’s team.

Schiff says his crypto bill will stop corruption. He claims politicians shouldn’t profit from digital assets while serving in office. His office points to Trump’s business deals as the reason for this legislation. They say it’s about ethics and fairness for all Americans.

The other bill creates a new inspector general just for the White House. This watchdog would investigate the president’s staff and actions. Schiff argues every federal agency has oversight except the president’s office. He says this leaves room for abuse of power.

But conservative legal experts call Schiff’s plans dead on arrival. They say the bills are blatantly unconstitutional overreach. Putting a watchdog inside the executive branch violates the separation of powers. Congress can’t interfere with how a president runs his White House.

This isn’t Schiff’s first attack on Trump. He spent years pushing the Russia collusion hoax that investigations proved false. The House of Representatives officially censured Schiff for lying to Americans about this. He repeatedly claimed to have evidence that never existed.

Schiff’s new bills are clearly political targeting. He’s using his Senate seat to harass a president he personally dislikes. This is about undermining Trump’s authority, not protecting taxpayers. Schiff is acting like a sore loser after his Russia story collapsed.

Hardworking Americans see this as another witch hunt. Trump was elected to drain the swamp, not bow to career politicians like Schiff. These bills are an attempt to tie the president’s hands with red tape. They show how desperate the left is to control a leader who fights for the people.

We must stand strong against this unconstitutional power grab. Presidents deserve freedom to lead without constant harassment from partisan senators. Schiff’s proposals would cripple any administration and hurt our democracy. They belong in the trash, not the lawbooks.
