The Supreme Court is making waves again, and this time conservative hearts are singing with joy. In a recent poll by Marquette University Law School, it was revealed that the Court’s approval rating shot up after they rightfully declared that states can’t stop former President Donald Trump from gracing their 2024 ballots. Take that, liberal crybabies!
Supreme Court Approval Rating Increases After It Blocked Colorado From Kicking Trump Off Ballothttps://t.co/YgjnYMZEAc

In a case dubbed Trump v. Anderson, the Court slapped down the Colorado secretary of state’s attempt to block Trump from running in the next presidential election just because of some nonsense about January 6, 2021. The state’s supreme court tried to use the 14th Amendment to disqualify him, but the Supremes said, “No way!” Ha! Liberal logic fails again.
The poll showed a 7% increase in approval for the Court, landing at a strong 47%. Sure, there are still some lefties out there shaking their fists, making up 53% of the naysayers, but who cares about them, right? The important thing is that the good guys are winning!
This victory comes hot on the heels of the leak of a draft opinion by Justice Samuel Alito in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case, which sent snowflakes into a frenzy by reminding them that there’s no magical constitutional right to terminate a pregnancy. Cue liberal meltdowns in 3… 2… 1…
And guess what? The Court isn’t done flexing its muscles. They’ve taken on more cases related to Trump, like the upcoming showdown in Trump v. United States where the former president is throwing down the gauntlet and demanding constitutional immunity from any post-presidential legal shenanigans. The people have spoken, though, with a whopping 62% saying no way should ex-presidents get a free pass once they’re out of the Oval Office.
The best part? When asked whether they think the Court is playing politics or actually following the law, the poll participants were split. It’s clear to us red-blooded Americans that our justices are sticking to their guns and defending the Constitution, no matter what the haters say. Keep up the good work, SCOTUS!
