According to reports, LaBeouf, who recently turned 37, was welcomed into the Church through the sacrament of confirmation by none other than Bishop Robert Barron. The Capuchin Franciscans-Western American Province also shared the joyous news on their Facebook page, with the actor even sporting a smile in a photo accompanying the announcement.
The statement from the Capuchin Franciscans gushed about LaBeouf’s commitment to his faith journey and revealed that the actor has a sincere desire to grow in his relationship with God and live out the Gospel values.
