New Jersey’s Delaney Hall detention center, a stronghold for America’s safety, recently found itself under siege from the very ilk of liberal chaos. When will Democrats understand that laws are not optional? LaMonica McIver and her liberal cohort thought they could march into a privately owned facility like they owned the place. But there’s a price to pay for sheer arrogance and ignorance. Now, McIver is staring down the barrel of federal charges, and it’s about time.
Imagine the uproar if Republicans tried a stunt like this during the Obama years. The mainstream media would have been in hysteria mode. But when Democrats badger and shove their way into a facility housing some of the worst criminals, they play it off like a noble oversight. Sure, storming a place run by ICE, who have the audacity to protect this country from dangerous illegals, is “oversight.” Right.

The fact that McIver and her pals allegedly resorted to physical altercations with federal officers is not only shameful but un-American. When those tasked with upholding the law can’t perform their duties without interference from meddlesome liberal politicians, it paints a bleak picture of Democratic priorities. This isn’t about immigration reform. It’s about opposing anything remotely connected to the Trump administration, no matter how necessary it is for our nation’s well-being.
These Democrats thought they were above the law. They strutted into Delaney Hall, ready to wreak havoc. Lucky for America, there’s still some justice left. Now, McIver might have to answer for her actions, and maybe others will think twice the next time they want to pull the same stunt. Homeland Security is even suggesting Congress take action against these renegades. Finally, a voice of reason in the chaos.
