The Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has taken a historic stand by declaring the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) structure unconstitutional. This move speaks volumes about the need to restore accountability and checks to runaway agencies under liberal rule. Government agencies like the NLRB, with their unchecked power, are dancing dangerously close to becoming our very own unaccountable fourth branch of government. For too long, these left-wing bureaucracies have operated unchecked, wielding power and interfering with businesses without fear of consequence.
The case, driven by high-profile companies like SpaceX, clearly illustrates the chaotic nature of having agencies inflict penalties while also being judge, jury, and executioner. The NLRB, a relic of unchecked power, has been signing its own permission slips for far too long. Liberal appointees have treated Americans and businesses as pawns on their power chessboard, making an absolute mockery of the separation of powers. Their double standard is mind-boggling, as exemplified by their audacious attempts to brand President Trump’s power to dismiss ineffective officials as overreach while cloaking their actions under the guise of so-called ‘independence.’
