The liberal media and Democrats are once again showing their true colors by using a tragic natural disaster to bash Donald Trump. With flash floods wreaking havoc in central Texas, claiming the lives of 82 people, including 28 children, they’ve shamelessly turned this tragedy into another baseless attack on the former president. They’re obsessed with selling the narrative that Trump-era policies are to blame, conveniently ignoring facts along the way.
Whoops… there goes the narrative pic.twitter.com/YdIuzVBszG

Democrats like Chuck Schumer are jumping on this opportunity to pull out their tired old playbook. Rather than mourning the victims or offering genuine help, they parade around, claiming that supposed budget cuts to the National Weather Service (NWS) are the culprits. This is nothing more than a desperate bid to cling to relevance and push their anti-Trump agenda, which, time and again, proves to be a losing strategy.
Contrary to the left’s accusations, credible reports reveal that the NWS did exactly what it was supposed to do during this crisis. Meteorologists had given timely and precise warnings about the impending floods, providing more than 12 hours’ notice and issuing flash flood warnings well in advance. The NWS was not understaffed, despite the left pounding on this non-issue. Facts just don’t support their hyperbolic claims.
Even liberal media outlets, in an uncharacteristic moment of honesty, have admitted that Trump-era policies had no impact on the tragic events in Texas. The left is grasping at straws, hoping to weaponize a disaster when the real focus should be on supporting those affected and preventing future tragedies. But that’s never their priority, is it?
Why must the left exploit every tragedy, twisting narratives and deflecting from the real issues? This ongoing blame game serves one purpose: to fuel their anti-Trump vendetta while they ignore the genuine concerns and needs of the American people. Isn’t it time to call out this blatant hypocrisy and demand accountability?
