At just 33 years old, this inexperienced politician could become America’s largest city’s first Muslim mayor. His victory shows how far left the Democratic Party has drifted from common sense values.
Mamdani proudly calls himself a democratic socialist and pushes extreme ideas like public ownership of utilities. He wants to remake New York City with radical housing reforms and police reforms that would make streets more dangerous. This is the same failed socialist agenda that has destroyed cities like Detroit.
